Orion Strategies & Client Relationship Orion evaluated opportunities by examining the supply chain footprint and optimization, the use of lean systems and processes, the effectiveness of the client’s IT platform, and the value the company provides via its products and sales channels. This value creation process looks at each opportunity and outlines the required actions, expenses, resources and capital, and then delivers a final recommendation with cash flow impact to the acquiring company.

Outcomes In this particular engagement, Orion gave a “Do Not Acquire” recommendation, which received accolades from the board level: “This 'no' decision is the best investment we have made in 3 years. Thanks, Orion!”
